Hurwitz Law attorneys devote our lives to representing employees facing difficult and often life-changing situations at work. Please understand that our firm receives a very high volume of calls and emails every day from people seeking legal representation. We review every inquiry carefully, because each story matters to us. However, as a small firm, we are not able to take on every case — no matter how deserving the individual or how serious the situation. Our commitment to our clients is built on relationships. We believe the only way to advocate effectively is to give each case the time, attention, and resources it deserves. If we tried to take on every matter, we would inevitably dilute the quality of our representation, which would not serve anyone well. For that reason, we must be selective about the cases we accept. This often means declining more cases than we are able to accept, even when we wish we could do more. Please know that we do review every call, email, and intake form that comes into our office. After considering the facts, timelines, and legal issues involved, we make thoughtful decisions about which matters we can pursue.
